What to Expect

Consultation

We take your event very serious. In order to understand exactly what your vision is, we suggest scheduling a consulation with you. Of course there is no charge and it usually takes about an hour. We will show you our portfolio of events that we have done, look over menu selections and services that we can offer you. Once you decide to use our services we require a $350.00 retainer fee. This fee does not mean the menu or guest count is set in stone. it just means we have booked your date for your event.

Pricing:

Because every event is different, you can see why it is almost impossible for us to give you a price for your event over the phone. By the time you leave the consultation, you will have a very good idea of the cost of your event.

On Site Meeting:

About a month before your event, we like to meet you at the event site. This will give us a chance to help you design the room layout in the most effective design for your guest.

The Event Day:

On the day of your event you can expect our crew to show up several hours before the time of event to make sure everything is perfect for your event.
