Clayton Johnson has been in the catering and restaurant business for over 10 years. Starting as a young boy he served at his church, Immanuel Baptist, in Lebanon, TN, washing dishes and cooking on Wednesday nights for their fellowship dinners. After High School and a few culinary classes Clayton opened his catering business, Crystal Elegance in 2001. Besides his catering business he has owned and operated three restaurants in the Wilson County area. With the love and passion of catering, he and his bride Trina of five years, decided to sell their restaurants and dedicate their time to catering. When asked what the favorite part of catering is Clayton always answers "Watching the plates come back to the kitchen empty with rave reviews of the food, that is what keeps me going." In 2001 Clayton placed second in food and beverage in Tennessee. He has worked with many high profile people and events in the Tennessee and Kentucky area.
